When will I get my first delivery once I have made the payment?
Since this is a subscription plan, we require at least 6–8 hours of a process of understanding your requirements and nutrition profile. Plus, we go through a process of aligning our delivery service in accordance with the timings and address submitted by you.
Therefore, we recommend placing your order a day prior to your actual date of delivery.

What if I want to start my plan Mid-Week?
There are 2 ways to go about this:
A. You could opt for the 3-day trial plan depending on the day of the week.B. You could opt for a 5-Day or 6-Day meal plan, and we carry forward the remaining days onto the next week.

How should I know when to eat and what to eat? How many calories should I be consuming?
Once you subscribe to either of our meal programs, we schedule a call from our internationally certified dieticians on board who will help you make that decision.

What programs suits me best?

Are the meals prepared fresh?
Yes. We take immense pride in delivering you fresh meals that are prepared the very morning it is delivered to you. All our ingredients like sauces and gravys are in-house, and you eat what we provide transparently on the ingredient description in the menu. -
How fast will I see results?
We, as a healthy food company, make it easy for you to eat interestingly well with our rotational menu to help achieve your goals. But it depends on how serious you are when it comes to your fitness routine. Everything works in synergy when you eat right, exercise well.

What if I want a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund once the payment has been made, but what we could do is carry forward these services to your dear friends or family or provide you credit for future use.

How can I stop my meal plan?

Can I customize my meal plan?
Yes. In fact, every meal plan is customized and tailored according to your needs from the first day of your subscription. We do have a customization text box during your sign-up where you could write your requirements.

Can the meals be delivered to 2 addresses per day?
Yes, we do! The option for Twice a day delivery is available for you to select in the “Preferable Delivery Timings” section before checkout.

Do you’ll provide with vegetarian meal plans?
Yes, we do.

How flexible is the plan?
We do not keep any fixed contracts when it comes to our subscription plans. You can pause or resume anytime you feel is necessary by just dropping us an email atleast 18–24 hours prior to your delivery saying “PAUSE” with your contact info to eatslow90@gmail.com

Can I carry forward my days if I’m traveling?
Yes, absolutely. Just drop an email saying “PAUSE” with your contact details to
eatslow90@gmail.com and you will receive a WhatsApp/Email for the confirmation.Maximum hold period is:
- 1 day max for 5-Day/6-Day Plans
- 5 days max for Monthly Plans
