  • Weekly or scheduled meal deliveries
  • Subscription-based food services

All meals are:

  • Prepared fresh
  • Intended for immediate consumption
  • Not designed for long-term storage

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Once confirmed, orders enter a preparation cycle and cannot be freely modified

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in INR
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Payments must be completed before order confirmation

We accept standard digital payment methods including UPI, cards, and net banking.

5. DELIVERY

  • Delivery is available in selected service areas
  • Delivery schedules are assigned post order confirmation
  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address

EAT SLOW is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unavailability

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Some plans may be offered on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions will renew as per the selected plan
  • You may pause or modify future deliveries with prior notice (24–48 hours)

Changes apply only to upcoming cycles.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins
  • Once meals are prepared, cancellations are not permitted

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • No returns are accepted after delivery

Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of:

  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Verified quality issues

8. FOOD SAFETY & CONSUMPTION

  • Meals should be consumed within the recommended time
  • Proper storage (refrigeration) is required where applicable

EAT SLOW is not liable for:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Delayed consumption

9. ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
  • While precautions are taken, meals are prepared in shared kitchens

We do not guarantee complete allergen-free environments.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or services
  • Provide false information
  • Disrupt operations or attempt unauthorized access

  • Text
  • Visuals
