RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

All meals are freshly prepared and perishable.
Therefore, we do not accept returns once delivered.


NO RETURNS

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Meals cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered

REFUND ELIGIBILITY (ONLY IF)

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items
  • Quality issue (must be reported immediately)

REPORTING AN ISSUE

To request a resolution:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos/videos

RESOLUTION

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement meal
  • Credit for future orders
  • Partial refund

NO REFUNDS IN CASE OF:

  • Change of preference after delivery
  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Minor taste preferences

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins
  • Once meals are prepared, cancellations are not applicable

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

For ongoing plans:

  • You can pause or reschedule with 24–48 hours notice
  • Changes apply to upcoming deliveries only
