We currently deliver across selected areas in Mumbai.
Delivery availability may vary based on your location and plan.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Meals are delivered daily or in scheduled batches, depending on your selected plan.
Your delivery time slot will be confirmed after order placement.
Once assigned, your delivery slot remains consistent throughout your plan.

DELIVERY TIMINGS

Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Evening: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

(Exact slots may vary slightly based on logistics)

ORDER CUT-OFF

Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance
Weekly plans follow a fixed preparation cycle

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
If unavailable, meals may be left at reception/security (if permitted)

MISSED DELIVERIES

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, it will be marked as completed
Re-delivery is not guaranteed

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Traffic
Weather conditions
Operational constraints
